Are there limitations on what I can run on your ad accounts?

Generally No. The accounts we recommend to you are all suitable for running your products. If there are any accounts that aren't a good fit, we'll also inform you in advance as they'll be listed with different pricing.

Are there minimum spending requirements?

No, we are very proud to support all business sizes, from startups to multinationals. However, we do have a minimum top-up requirement, which is aligned with the media platform’s minimum funding rules.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long does it take to receive the account?

Usually within 1 day. But it still depends on which media account you want. For some media, their review process will be so long and strict, then it's really hard to promise when we can the account.

Refund Policy

ny unused balance in the account can be refunded, we guarantee it! If you decide not to cooperate with us anymore, you can request a refund at any time. We will need sometime to confirm the account remaining balance, then we will make the refunds. Noramlly only take 1-2 days for us to issue it, in case sometimes we may need media side to help confirm the balance then it might be longer.

Can the money in account be transferred to the new/other account?

Yes, of course. It will work as you ask for the refund of one account, then the remaining balance in the old account can be transferred to the new account even for creating a new account for other media.
